Functional Features
Using this product to subject wood to vacuum dewatering and high-pressure injection of a specially formulated treatment solution, its active antimicrobial factors are quickly adsorbed by the wood fibers. Its penetration depth into the wood fibers is 30-40 times that of ordinary wood preservatives, thereby promoting and improving the effective absorption and anti-loss properties of the preservatives by the wood. This achieves long-term protection for wood that is prone to mold and blue stain.
Scope of Application
It is primarily applicable to the prevention and treatment of mold and blue stain in fresh logs, boards, semi-finished products, and finished products of rubberwood varieties during storage, transportation, and processing.
Usage
Theoretical spraying, brushing, soaking, and vacuum pressurization methods are all feasible, but considering the treatment effect and cost, it is not recommended to use spraying, brushing, or soaking methods. It is suggested to use vacuum high-pressure method for treatment
Spray method: It is recommended to use a spray with a concentration of 2%-3%, with 20-25 square meters per kilogram of treated area.
Application method: It is recommended to apply at a concentration of 2%-3%, with a treatment area of 20-25 square meters per kilogram.
Soaking method: It is recommended to use a concentration of 1%-2% and soak for 10-20 minutes
